How do I place an order?
All Condor Direct products are sold exclusively through Amazon. Simply click any "Shop on Amazon" button to be directed to our official Amazon listing, where you can complete your purchase securely.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Since we use Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), all our products are eligible for free Prime shipping for Amazon Prime members. Non-Prime members may also qualify for free shipping depending on Amazon's current policies.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. However, Amazon Global Shipping may be available for certain products depending on your location. Please check the shipping options on the Amazon product page during checkout.
Are your products compatible with my vehicle?
The Condor Direct Car Seat Organizer is a universal fit. At 14 inches long, 11.5 inches wide, and 4.25 inches tall, it sits on the front or passenger seat of cars, SUVs, trucks, and semi cabs — no installation required.
What materials do you use?
We use a sophisticated PU leather exterior over an MDF-reinforced hard shell with a soft-touch interior lining. SGS tested for safety — lead-free, phthalate-free, and UV-resistant. Built to withstand daily wear and wipe clean in seconds.
What is your return policy?
We follow Amazon's standard 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please initiate the return process through your Amazon account under "Your Orders."
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Condor Direct products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. If you experience any issues, please contact us directly at condordirect@gmail.com with your order number.
